Up to 100 lamellae per minute are glued at the joint, collected and continuously fed into the press. The highly efficient high-frequency heating system ensures rapid curing of the glued joints without heating the wood. The result is tension-free, glued solid wood panels with the highest joint and surface quality. Continuous gluing in combination with a cross-cut saw downstream of the press for cutting the boards to the desired final width ensures optimum wood utilization.
